About Dr. Chanda Gupta
Dr. Chanda Gupta is a Vitreoretina Consultant at Sharp Sight Eye Hospitals. She completed her MBBS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and Primary DNB Ophthalmology from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. She subsequently completed a long-term clinical and research fellowship in Vitreoretina and Uvea from Shroff Charity Eye Hospital, Delhi, along with an observership in Vitreoretina from LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.
Her areas of expertise include diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, macular disorders, retinal vein occlusions, retinal detachment and micro-incision vitreoretinal surgery. She has also contributed to ophthalmic research and presented scientific papers at national and international conferences.
